2. In-App Purchases and Payment Processing
2.1 RevenueCat Integration
The App uses RevenueCat to process in-app purchases and manage subscriptions. RevenueCat is a third-party service that facilitates secure payment transactions through Apple's App Store.
What RevenueCat Collects:
- Purchase History: RevenueCat collects information about your in-app purchases to validate receipts and prevent fraud. This includes transaction details such as purchase date, product ID, and subscription status.
- Anonymous App User ID: RevenueCat generates an anonymous identifier to track purchase status across your devices. This identifier is not linked to any personal information and cannot be used to identify you.
How RevenueCat Uses This Data:
- Analytics: To provide us with aggregated statistics about app performance, subscription metrics, and customer insights (e.g., charts, experiments, retention data).
- App Functionality: To validate receipts, prevent fraud, unlock premium features (entitlements), and sync purchase status between devices signed into your Apple ID.
Important Notes:
- RevenueCat does not have access to any Personal Information such as your name, email address, or payment details.
- All payment processing is handled securely by Apple through the App Store.
- RevenueCat acts as a "processor" under GDPR, and we are the "controller."
- RevenueCat's servers are located in the United States (AWS).

2.2 Apple's App Store
When you make a purchase, Apple collects and processes payment information (such as credit card details) in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your payment information.

3. Data Storage and Security
All gameplay data is stored locally on your device. The App does not sync data to the cloud, our servers, or any third-party services (except for purchase validation through RevenueCat as described above).
Security Measures:
- Your gameplay data remains on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App
- We implement industry-standard security practices to protect purchase transactions
- Purchase data transmitted to RevenueCat is encrypted using secure sockets layer (SSL) technology
4. Third-Party Services
The App does NOT use:

The App is available worldwide. Purchase data processed by RevenueCat may be transferred to and stored on servers in the United States.

- Since we do not collect personal information beyond anonymous purchase data, PIPL's strict consent requirements do not apply to core gameplay

You can view your purchase history directly in your Apple ID account settings.

To delete all data associated with the App:
- Uninstall the App from your device (this deletes all local gameplay data)

Since the App does not use tracking, advertising, or analytics, there is nothing to opt out of.
7.4 Right to Data Portability (GDPR/PIPL)

You can object to the processing of your purchase data by contacting us. Note that this may affect your ability to access premium features.
7.6 Right to Withdraw Consent
You can withdraw consent for purchase data processing at any time by contacting us. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
8. Data Retention
- Gameplay Data: Stored locally on your device until you uninstall the App
- Purchase Data: Retained by RevenueCat as long as necessary to provide subscription services and comply with legal obligations (typically for the duration of your subscription plus applicable tax/legal retention periods)
9. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, the legal basis for processing purchase data is:
- Contract Performance: Processing is necessary to fulfill your purchase and provide premium features
- Legitimate Interest: Fraud prevention and app functionality improvement
10. Do Not Track Signals
The App does not track users, so "Do Not Track" browser signals are not applicable.
